Welcome to Rawizo. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy outlines our standards for data collection, usage, and sharing when you interact with our mobile application. By using Rawizo, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Personal Information We Collect

To provide a functional reward system, we collect information that you voluntarily provide:

• Registration Data: Email address, username, and profile picture.
• Payout Identifiers: UPI ID, PayPal email, or email address for Gift Card delivery.
• Survey & Market Research: When you participate in surveys (like CPX Research or TimeWall), you may provide demographics (age, gender, occupation) directly to the provider. Rawizo only receives the completion status and earned points.

3. Automated Data Collection

To maintain a secure environment, we automatically collect technical data:

• Device Info: Model, OS version, and unique identifiers (Android ID).
• Network Data: IP address and country-level location.
• Advertising ID: Used to track ad interactions and prevent duplicate rewards via Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads.

4. Child Safety (Strict 18+ Policy)

Rawizo is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Participation in surveys often requires adult demographics. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor user is detected, the account will be terminated immediately.

5. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Track RC points earned from ads, games, CPX surveys, and TimeWall tasks.
• Process and verify redemptions accurately.
• Block fraudulent activities (bots, emulators, VPNs).
• Improve app performance through analytics.

6. Third-Party Partners & Market Research

Rawizo integrates with trusted providers:

• Market Research Partners (e.g., CPX Research, TimeWall)

These partners provide surveys. When you interact with CPX Research, you are subject to their specific privacy policy.

• Ad Networks

Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads for funding rewards.

• Backend

Google Firebase for secure data management.

Rawizo does NOT share your private financial details (UPI/PayPal) with any survey or ad partners.

7. Data Security & Storage

We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data. Your information is hosted on secure Google Cloud servers.

8. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account. Contact support to initiate a complete data wipe. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
